Just got done cooking a tasty meal for my family. I made a beef stir fry that my children adored.
I setup my rice cooker with 2 cups of jasmine rice which usually takes about twenty minutes.
I put a few table spoons of Extra Virgin Olive Oil into my wok and warmed up the oil. When it was nice and hot I threw in about a quarter pound of chopped lean beef and let it simmer, once it was browned and most of the juices were soaked into the beef, I added a small bag of stir fry frozen veggies which I stirred into the beef. After that I waited till the veggies cooked up with the beef and added a few tablespoons of stir fry sauce, a little garlic powder, and a pinch of salt. I stirred it all up and served it over steamed jasmine rice. Delicious. Thinking about doing a stir fry every night of the week with different types of meat and sometimes using fotu.
